How to help

Our troop is entirely supported by volunteers. We are thankful to all who can help. Here's a few ways to do so. 

Everyone can help by: 

• Donating to Friends of Scouting 

• Donating gently used gear to the troop (e.g., aluminum canoes, backpacking backpacks). 

  • As a non-profit, we can supply a donation receipt. 

• Supporting fundraising efforts, such as popcorn sales

All parents are expected to support the troop by:

• Driving to/from outings 

• Participating in Board of Reviews (find out more here)

• Becoming Merit Badge Counselors 

AND by volunteering for one of these roles: 

• Parent Volunteer Brigade

• Troop Committee (training is required) 

• Assistant Scoutmaster (training + outing attendance is required)
